Return Policy
Our policy lasts for 15 days. Outside of the 15 day period after your purchase we cannot make you a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings / hoops.
Gift cards or codes are excluded from our return policies, so they will not be refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Jewelry with obvious signs of wear
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
- Next step, contact your bank. You must wait a few days for your refund to be reflected.
- If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using this form.
Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (where applicable)
In case your item has a manufacturing defect, send us a return request using this form and we will replace items that are defective or damaged for you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent directly to the buyer, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.
Responsibility for shipping costs
To return your product, you must send it to the address specified in the refund request.
Quôrum Studio will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of orders purchased at regular price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of orders purchased with a discount coupon, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning orders. Similarly, shipping costs will not be refundable. If you receive a refund for a completed order with a discount code, the shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, so if you are shipping a product with a value greater than $1,000.00 MXN, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
